Hello, my name is Bob, and I live in Petra Jordan where I transport tourists back and forth from the entrance of petra through the rock corridors to the stone palaces engraved into the mountains. There is no cover on my rickshaw, so the sun beats down on my head every day.
I tried many different hats but nothing seem to work My friend who lives in the next village, was wearing this cool-looking hat. I asked him where he purchased it and he told me from Canada. This is a place I want to live, but alas, I am a lovely rickshaw driver living in Jordan and do not have much money. However, I digress. I decided to buy nammu from Canada, I chose the extra UV with earflaps and visor, in ocean blue
The nammu hat arrived to my village, and I was elated. The size was perfect and it fit comfortably on my head. I was now protected from the Jordanian sun. I would wear this nammu 10hrs a day and I started to get many inquiries from the tourists, so I would tell them about this company in Canada. Over the course of the next month, I must have had at least 30 tourists asking me about nammu. I had a very good idea. I decided to contact nammu Canada to find out if I can sell these sun protective hats to the tourists who ride with me. The nammu person answered the phone and he told me that they sell nammu globally. They have a very loyal following, and many people with health challenges are by them as well. People, who have alopecia, cancer and wear cochlear implants. He also told me that they allow vendors to sell nammu and offer wholesale prices. I also decided to have the nammu hats embroidered with a picture representing Petra, onto the hat. I purchased 100 nammu hats of all different styles and colours, I was able to get a price of $12 per nammu, Within 2 months I sold all 100, and the customers who wore them were very happy. I am in the process of making another nammu order, so I thank Nammu Canada for giving me this opportunity. Nammu makes my workdays happier.
