Great quality hat. Does the job as described. Excellent customer service too. They respond swiftly to any question, concern or problem. I bought 2 for me and 2 for my partner figuring I might like one better than other but I love all of them.
I was looking everywhere for a do-rag style hat with ear flaps in an XL size. I found this one I ordered from Nammu for my brother’s birthday. Sadly it was a little small for him (he has a big noggin). By the time he got it back to me from Kansas City it was too late to return. I suggest you start the return window from the receipt or shipping date and not the order date. I would have made it in that case. Thank you.
