Most wide-brim sun hats are designed for the beach, not the water. They blow off in the wind, float away when you swim, and go limp when wet. The Nammu 360 is built differently: the same UPF 50+ nylon-spandex fabric used across the Nammu line keeps the brim soft and flexible while the adjustable tie-back holds it firmly on your head through waves, swims, and wind.

I haven’t tried swimming in this yet, but the fit is secure so I expect it will stay in place in the water.
These hats are a little small. They are lightweight and keep the sun off your face. Buy the larger size (if you are regular) in this style as it is tight on your head. The large is too small. Otherwise good sun coverage with full brim.
