Orders shipped to the USA include full tracking and typically arrive within 6–10 business days. Due to ongoing tariffs between Canada and the U.S., some packages may be held at customs, which can cause delays beyond our control. We use tracked shipping for all Canadian deliveries, typically arriving within 5–9 business days.

International shipping

We ship with full tracking, depending on the destination. Delivery typically takes 12–25 business days. Please note that local duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier and, for international orders, local customs. The shipment is tracked by the shipping company, though tracking can sometimes take a little while to update in real time. If you’re ordering for a trip or event, give your order enough time to arrive, or contact us so we can look at alternatives together if your dates are close.
