Wrap the string or tape around your head just above your ears, angling slightly upward across your forehead. This will give you an accurate measurement of your head circumference for a proper fit.

Bust
Lift your arms slightly and measure around the fullest part of your chest to get the accurate bust measurement. For the best result, measure without wearing a shirt.
Shirt Length
Measure from the top of your shoulder, near the base of your neck, straight down to where you want the shirt to end.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the top of your shoulder, along the outside of your arm, down to your wrist. Keep your arm slightly bent for an accurate sleeve length measurement.
